The first introduction to wiki‘s sun was the music video for “sun, sun, sun.” This music video is 12 minutes. And it introduces me to everything I need to know about the band.
wiki tags their genres as “Kraut Rock / Post Rock / Punk / Sludge / Experimental.” The only genre I’m not really familiar with is kraut rock. Regardless the duo, goh-woo and Haein Lee, have provided a much needed boost to Korean rock music.
This EP will not speak to everyone. And that’s ok. But if you enjoy any of these genres, listen to sun.
