III. Information Collection Practices.
A. Types of Information Collected.
1. Traffic Data Collected. We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Website: (a) IP addresses; (b) domain servers; (c) types of computers accessing the Website; and (d) types of web browsers used to access the Website (collectively, “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Website. We also use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests. Such Traffic Data is provided to our Advertisement provider, Google Ads.
B. Uses of Information Collected.
1. Company Use of Information. We use your Financial Data to verify your qualifications for certain products or services and to bill you for products and services. We use your Demographic Data to customize and tailor your experience on the Website.
3. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use, and Distribution of Personal Information. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Website; however, you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Website that require your Personal Information. VII. Users Outside of the United States of America. If you are accessing the Website outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide will be transferred to the United States. By using the Website, you consent to this transfer.
VIII. Users Residing in the State of California. Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, users of our Website residing in the State of California may make a written request to the Company about how we have shared their information with third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes.
